Replaceable pump cassette for C-series peristaltic pumps (incl. motor, tubing, guide, and housing).
This fully pre-assembled pump cassette contains the complete drive and dosing unit, including the motor, internal tubing, tubing guide, and housing. It is designed for quick and easy replacement without the need for specialized tools.
The cassette is mounted using two screws at the front of the pump housing. Once these screws are loosened, the entire cassette can be effortlessly removed. Electrical connection is made via a red and black connector pair.
Important: When installing the new pump cassette, ensure that the red and black connectors are reconnected exactly as on the original unit. Incorrect wiring may lead to malfunction or damage to the pump.
Since only the pump cassette needs to be replaced, the pump housings are reusable, making this a durable and sustainable solution.
