C800 Pro pH/EC Controller – Automatic Regulation for Irrigation and Hydro Systems
The C800 Pro is a smart and flexible controller designed to measure and automatically adjust pH and EC levels in the batch tank of irrigation and hydroponic systems. It is specifically developed for horticulture, hydroponics, and professional cultivation systems where precise nutrient control is essential.
The C800 continuously measures pH, EC, PPM, TDS, and temperature, and automatically doses the set amounts per pump when values deviate from the target range. The controller features two separate UTP output ports:
- One for connecting a single pH dosing pump (to raise or lower pH)
- One for connecting 1 to 5 EC dosing pumps for nutrient dosing
This modular setup allows the C800 to function as:
- A combined pH and EC controller
- A standalone pH controller
- A standalone EC controller
- The system can be operated via the intuitive color touchscreen, which displays real-time values, alarm status, and historical data. For additional functionality, the C800 connects to the free Aqua Master Tools app(iOS/Android), giving you:
- The ability to store nutrient dosing schedules in the cloud and reuse them later
- Instant alarm notifications directly to your smartphone
- Access to real-time and historical graphs
- Remote adjustment of all dosing settings, set points, alarms, and calibration reminders
- Remote management of multiple devices from one app
Both the controller and the app allow you to view up to 12 months of historical measurements and alarms, giving you full insight and control over your system at all times.

- This device is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year. The electrode is warranted for six months.

- For warranty service, contact your purchase point.
- During the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced, if the defect is due to the state of materials and workmanship. during the time of purchase.
- After the repair of your product, the warranty will not be prolonged.

The C800 Pro Controller is fully modular and can be configured to meet the user’s specific needs.
Connecting the pH Dosing Pump
The graphic below shows how to connect the pH dosing pump (C10) to the left UTP output of the controller.
Note: This output is dedicated to pH control. It enables automatic dosing of either a pH-lowering or pH-raising solution. The controller menu allows you to select whether the pump doses for pH up or pH down. If needed, the controller can also be used solely for pH regulation.
Connecting a Single Nutrient Dosing Pump

This setup enables dosing of one nutrient type. The controller can be used as a standalone nutrient controller or in combination with pH control.
Connecting Two Nutrient Dosing Pumps
The graphic shows how the dual dosing pump unit (C20) connects to the right UTP output of the controller.
This setup allows for two different nutrients to be dosed. The controller can manage EC levels independently or together with pH control.
Connecting Three Nutrient Dosing Pumps

This configuration supports dosing three different nutrients. The controller can be used for nutrient dosing only or combined with pH control for full automation.
